"For months we are going, even with the support of minorities Board, a rigorous control of subsidiaries as required by the Ministry of Interior in the procedure of bankruptcy - continues the Mayor - and now, faced with the request for rate increases by 25-30% Segen, we have an obligation, on behalf of all citizens, to clarify management and loss in quality of service. "
At the end of a long and thorough debate was unanimously approved an agenda, addressed the Assembly of Mayors Segen-shareholders in order to evaluate all the actions required for the effective protection of public interests, including resignation of the Board of Directors.
