Conchigliette sauce Orc

"I do not like spinach!" one of the usual first words of children. My mother had found a way to let me eat (by the way, in the dough), I just turned down the recipe into a vegan. :)

Ingredients for three people (now I eat veg even my parents)
- massive aversion to the orcs, so much to eat volerseli
- Shells (add the whole wheat pasta is particularly with tasty Plants delicate taste)
- spinach (I used 3 frozen abundance for 3 people)
- 2 cloves garlic
-
virgin olive oil - soy milk
- potato
- turmeric and chilli crushed
- a pinch of salt

That Orc sauce begins (and ends once ate him, justice was done!)
Towards a teaspoon and a half of potato starch in a bowl, add a little 'milk soybean, and melt around the lumps, add the remaining soy milk (not much, unless you want to get a sauce is too liquid).
the fry 2 cloves of garlic in oil, in this case I had to steam the spinach defrosted, I took out the garlic from the pot and I've skipped a bit '.
I added all the milk and starch, I mixed well and I whipped up to get a nice green poltiglietta not too much apart and not too runny.
I added chopped red pepper and turmeric, a pinch of salt and boiled in a pan until the starch has not begun to create a nice thick creamy sauce with a spoon.
I've drained the pasta and sautéed with this delicious creamy sauce. Orc
served!
For those who appreciate the very hot, not too bad to even a sprinkling of turmeric and crushed red pepper on top of steaming pasta.
