Capistrello. The 2011 budget years 2011-2013 and will be submitted for approval by the City Council on March 30. "With the 2011 budget," said Councillor for the Budget, Francesco Piacente , "we wanted to lay down important points of our program, according to the order consolidation, efficiency and development."
The City, in December last year after obtaining the approval of the budget for the year 2009, is grappling with a restructuring procedure that binds the administration for five years at the ministerial regulations.
Because of what "we have not had much chance of choice, "the commissioner added," particularly on local taxes, we are obliged to maintain the highest level for another 5 years. We decided instead to concentrate resources on a real consolidation of municipal finances by identifying funds for the payment of old debts.
Regarding the financial difficulties, however, the Interior Ministry granted the liquidators Body extraordinary settlement an extension of 90 days to establish the amount of debt.
